I needed a very large, heavy piece of furniture moved from my first floor up to my second, a big staircase with a landing in the way. It had to weigh at least 300 pounds and stood eight or nine feet tall. Just two of Big Mikes' guys handled it, where it had taken three men to move it the last time. Not a mark of damage on it or the walls. Very impressed.

I called a few other places but I am so glad I stumbled on this small company. The owner clearly takes real pride in the work. Glenn, a longtime supervisor, and his crew were amazing. My furniture was not small and not light, plus a jukebox in the basement that had to come up a flight of stairs and a load of heavy boxes down from a loft on a narrow staircase. They did it all with a smile, and for one very reasonable, no-nonsense flat rate. From now on I will always recommend Big Mikes.

I called Big Mikes on a Friday morning when my other movers no-showed. He had a team of three out to my place the very next morning. They were right on time, polite, and courteous, and I was given a flat rate so there was no worry about extra fees. They went above and beyond.
